Practicing Radical Self-Care through Life’s Big Changes

Are you undergoing or approaching a major life change or career transition? If not, chances are you've moved through one recently. Even after the fact, events both happy (wedding, new child, retirement) and difficult (job loss, death of a loved one) still have the power to shake us up. In this Alumnae Association webinar, life and transition coach, Deborah Roth '77 will lead exploration of transition psychology. Attendees will learn powerful and playful ways to help move through the next life change with less stress, greater awareness, and maybe even more fun.

Deborah Roth '77, MA, is a Life & Career Transition Coach, a Relationship Coach, and Interfaith Minister who has operated her own business since 1998 and has spent more than forty years coaching, training and speaking in the for-profit and not-for-profit sectors, for large corporations and small businesses. Nowadays, she works primarily with overwhelmed, under-nurtured women, guiding them through all kinds of life and career transition, and helping them to attract and maintain fabulous relationships. Deborah offers a number of powerful, structured programs for groups and individuals, and speaks and teaches on the subjects of radical self-care, everyday spirituality, conscious relationships, managing life’s big changes… to name a few. She facilitates monthly women’s circles and ongoing women’s empowerment programs and is also the author of 2 e-books – Circle of One: the Art of becoming a Self-centered Woman and the four-season Authentic Woman PlayBooks.
