About this Event
We are honored to host a private screening of the film “Harriet” and a talk-back with the producer, Mount Holyoke’s very own Debra Martin Chase ’77, led by Assistant Professor of Religion Meredith Coleman Tobias.
“Harriet” is a biographical film about slave-turned-abolitionist Harriet Tubman and stars Cynthia Erivo in the title role, with Leslie Odom Jr., Joe Alwyn and Janelle Monáe.
Registration:
Due to the high interest in this event, we will offer online registration through the OneCard system on Monday, November 4, 2019. Mount Holyoke College students, faculty, staff and alumnae may register for up to two tickets each.
Half of the seats will be open for registration at 8 a.m., and half will be open for registration at 8 p.m. We are providing two release times to try to ensure that everyone has an opportunity to register. You can register at either of these times by following these instructions:
The event is free for all Mount Holyoke College students, faculty, staff and alumnae. All ticket holders must present their OneCard at the door in order to gain access to Chapin. If you register to receive two tickets, you must be present with the additional ticket holder.
There will be no physical tickets provided. Doors will open at 6 p.m.
