Join Ju Young Hong, director of the Be Well program at Mount Holyoke, in this carved-out time to rest, reflect and rejuvenate your spirit. Meditation can help reduce stress, invoke better sleep and increase self-compassion. In this one-hour workshop, we will practice mindfulness exercises, including loving-kindness meditation, guided imagery and basic breathing techniques. Please dress comfortably, as we will be sitting on yoga mats (if you prefer a chair, please contact Ju Young Hong to coordinate). All levels welcome!
