Please join me in this carved out time to rest, reflect and rejuvenate your spirit in this 1 hour workshop. Meditation can help reduce stress, invokes better sleep, and increases self compassion. We will practice mindfulness exercises including loving kindness meditation, guided imagery, and basic breathing meditations. Please dress comfortably, as we will be sitting on yoga mats (if sitting on a chair is preferred, please contact Ju Hong @jhong@mtholyoke.edu to coordinate). All levels welcome!
