We are told throughout our life that sleep is essential to our emotional and physical health and that a well rested body and mind will fuel success as a student. College students, however, are presented with stress, endless assignments, and lack of time which negatively impact restorative sleep and can lead to sleeplessness nights. This group is designed to teach strategies for improving sleep and combating insomnia. Facilitated by Devon Kelting, PsyD from the MHC Counseling Service.
