About this Event
This hour-long group for students will take place daily, Monday through Friday, starting January 31. Students can connect and support one another in navigating health, academic, and interpersonal challenges associated with COVID and practice mindful self-compassion to manage this unique moment. Students are welcome to attend as many times as they like Facilitated by Liz Fitzgerald, LCSW and sponsored by the Counseling Service.
