This interactive workshop will be an opportunity for faculty to explore frameworks and strategies for supporting neurodivergent and neuroexpansive learners.

Using the critical praxis of intergroup dialogue pedagogy, this workshop will introduce a dialogic framework for engaging with neurodivergence and neuroexpansiveness, provide actionable practices for faculty to use in their classrooms and mentorship, and create intentional space to collectively work through real world scenarios. With dialogic principles as our guide, we will discuss ways to orient ourselves within the complexity of navigating competing access needs, longings, and desires within the co-created, ever evolving space of higher education; a praxis that is always rooted in an ethic of care, and a dialogic embrace of disability justice and healing justice.
