  is focused on embodying resilience\, joy and collective care. We will exp
 lore resilience as a collective\, embodied practice rooted in ancestral wi
 sdom\, somatic awareness\, disability justice dreaming and Black feminist 
 praxis. Together\, we will learn to navigate grief\, loss and resistance b
 y building nervous system capacity\, mapping care and transforming the for
 ces of urgency and control into pathways toward liberation.\n\nThis sessio
 n is open to all students\, staff and faculty.
