Please come to a reception to thank and celebrate Vivian Hsu, College Ombudsperson, and Joan Cinner, Ombuds Coordinator, on Wednesday, August 12, at 2 pm in the Cassani Lounge, Shattuck Hall.

Vivian has provided a confidential, neutral, informal. and independent space for students, faculty, and staff to navigate sensitive workplace and campus challenges. Her insights have also helped the college identify and address systemic issues to foster a more inclusive campus environment. Joan has served as the operational backbone of the Ombuds Office. She has ensured that visitors felt welcomed, heard, and supported from their first inquiry.

We are grateful for the consistency, care, and professionalism Vivian and Joan have brought to Mount Holyoke over their tenures. Please join us to thank and wish them the very best in their next chapters.
