Alexis Nikole Nelson welcomes us to watch a cooking demonstration of how to turn edible plants gathered from our very own campus into tasty dishes that can be done right at home.

There is limited space in the kitchen, so registrants who sign up first will be able to see the demo in the kitchen. Overflow will watch via livestream in the Betty Shabazz living room space.

Please register to attend.

This is a cooking demonstration and food will not be served.

This event is co-sponsored by The Miller Worley Center for the Environment, Willits-Hallowell Conference Center, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, Division of Student Life, Office of Community and Belonging, the Betty Shabazz Cultural Center, and the Botanic Gardens.
