Non-profit work takes on many forms: big and small; local and global; mobilization and advocacy; remote and hybrid. Combined with the broad range of social, political, and economic issues addressed by nonprofit organizations, it is near impossible to find two identical experiences. These panelists encapsulate four completely unique perspectives, but are all united by their commitment to social justice. Over the course of their internships, each panelist had to individually navigate effective time management, professional communication, and remaining motivated to create a better reality. In pursuit of new skills and perspectives they took many roles within their organizations, including outreach, fundraising, event planning, graphic design, community engagement, and legislative advocacy. Reflecting back on these experiences, the panelists now ask themselves, "How will this work guide my future?"
