About this Event
The FP Monologues are created with the intention of exposing the public to the stories that led non-traditional students to college and to take a closer look at how those experiences have impacted their current educational interests.
As a way of embracing equity and inclusion, a group of Frances Perkins Scholars will narrate or present their experiences in a variety of ways such as monologues, art, slide shows, etc. Some students will also present research about their field of studies related to social injustices, and in this way, such acts will enrich the FP Monologues by becoming an educational outlet. The Frances Perkins Scholars Association is proud to present every year a diverse array of voices with the purpose of building awareness, inclusion, and equity trough inspirational experiences.
