Canceled: The Official Unofficial Voting Station: Voting for All Who Legally Can’t

This is a past event.

* Canceled due to weather. *

This collective project by artist Aram Han Sifuentes focuses on creating imaginative voting stations open to all, particularly for disenfranchised individuals and communities. Symbolic voting stations for this project are being activated in different ways throughout the country in the weeks and months before the presidential election.

These stations are not only locations for casting symbolic votes but also sites for social engagement and discussion.

Cast your symbolic vote in-person on Monday, Nov. 2, 11:30 am – 1:30 pm at the artist's Official Unofficial Voting Station table at the Community Center lower level entrance (just outside the Dining Commons doors) with associate professor of art Lisa Iglesias. While there, you can learn more about this project and pick up your “I voted” sticker.
