Dig a little deeper into the geothermal project on campus by joining Thermal Thursdays. This recurring monthly opportunity will bring you to sites where phases of the project are being worked on, provide you the opportunity to talk with project staff, see the components of the work, and understand what’s really going on under the surface.

We welcome all Mount Holyoke College community members to join. It’s our hope that these events will help our community feel a greater understanding of this important sustainability project on campus, and feel invited to connect their work and scholarship to it.

This month we'll be meeting just as the spring construction is starting. There won’t be much to see in the field yet so we will meet more members of the project team including one of the engineering design team members. There will always be times for questions, and we will dedicate time to continue discussions around connecting student learning to the project.
