Dig a little deeper into the geothermal project on campus by joining Thermal Thursdays. This recurring monthly opportunity will bring you to sites where phases of the project are being worked on, provide you the opportunity to talk with project staff, see the components of the work, and understand what’s really going on under the surface.

We welcome all Mount Holyoke College community members to join. It’s our hope that these events will help our community feel a greater understanding of this important sustainability project on campus, and feel invited to connect their work and scholarship to it.

This month we'll be discussing the bore field construction taking place this summer. It's an essential aspect to how the system functions. We want to make sure that boring remains interesting, so come learn why this is so important to the functioning of the system. You will of course have time to meet the team, ask questions, and hear about the big picture view of this work.
