Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972 is a comprehensive federal civil rights law that prohibits sex discrimination in education.

Students, faculty and staff in any educational institution or program that receives federal funding are protected under Title IX. Under College policy, all faculty, staff, administrators and student employees who are not employed by a confidential reporting location are considered mandated reporters. Attend this session to learn more about mandatory reporter responsibilities, campus resources and Title IX.
