Using Mindfulness in the Classroom

Learn mindfulness and breathing techniques you can use in the classroom to help students focus and be more productive. We will cover some simple breathing techniques & various meditation exercises that you can use with students at the start of a class or before an exam to help calm their minds and nerves. We will also provide resources that you may find useful to share with your students.
