An upcoming panel to discuss the Supreme Court consideration of US v. Skrmetti, a critical test of Fourteenth Amendment protections for transgender Americans, as well as to engage in a larger conversation about the future of gender affirming health care in our country.

President Danielle Holley, a nationally recognized legal expert on civil rights and equity, will be a featured panelist. Panelists include Jay Jones (President, Howard University Student Association), Joan Erwin ’86 (Chief Executive Office, Transhealth), Liliana Stinson ’27, (Contributing Writer, Mount Holyoke News) and Melissa Stewart, FP ’19 (Civil Rights Attorney at Donati Law).

Panel will be moderated by Amy E. Martin (Director, Weissman Center for Leadership) and Lily E. Rood ’27 (Co-Chair, Presidential Task Force for the TGNC Community).
