This important training for faculty and staff is focused on learning about gender diversity and allows each person to develop a better understanding of strategic and supportive practices for trans and gender non conforming (TGNC) people in higher education. This training is designed to be an entry level session for individuals who may need to have a better grasp of concepts around gender with a specific emphasis on inclusion as it relates to TGNC community members on campus. This workshop was facilitated by Dr. T.J. Jourian of TransFormational Change, LLC.
