Friday,  November 11, 2022

For those arriving early on Friday, November 11, the College Archives will be open from 1–4:30 p.m. with a special display of V8s memorabilia.

Also, please join Toni Halleen, ’84,V8 alumna and author of The Surrogate: A Novel, at the Odyssey Bookshop at 6pm for a book discussion and signing.  This event is open to the public, and books will be available for purchase. 

Afterwards, V8s alums will be meeting at the Yarde Tavern in downtown South Hadley (the old Woodbridges, for those of you old enough to remember!) for dinner to catch up with old friends and make some new ones!  Please note that dinner will be at everyone’s individual expense. 

To sign up for the dinner, please complete this Google Form by 7 November so that we can get a headcount for the restaurant.

Cancellation/Refund Policy

A full refund, less a 3% processing fee, will be issued provided notification is made by emailor by phone at 413-538-2201 to the registration staff by October 28, 2022, at 11:59 p.m. EST; this applies to the entire package(s). Cancellations or changes to your registration for any reason, including cancellation due to COVID-19, are non-refundable after October 28, 2022, at 11:59 p.m. EST. By this date we have given firm commitments and guarantees to event vendors and other partners in your name that generate non-refundable expenses to the event organizers.

We will be following College’s Health and Safety Protocols  for this event. While these may change over the next several weeks, for those that register, we will be providing updated protocols in a Know Before You Go email in early November.
