Drop-in workout classes offered by the Mount Holyoke College Department of Physical Education and Athletics, hosted by Jessica Carey. Virtual classes include YogaFit, Pilates, Restorative Yoga and Conditioning. Participants can do this in the comfort and privacy of their own home, no equipment needed (yoga mat is helpful). All levels are welcome and modifications will be offered.
