The Financial Literacy Youth (FLY) Initiative

Your Values, Your Money: Connecting Identity and Financial Literacy is designed to honor the ways our stories, identities, and values intersect with our financial decisions. This workshop goes beyond the basics of money management to explore the emotional and cultural layers of financial literacy, especially for those of us who come from communities that have been historically marginalized.

It’s a space to reflect on where we come from, understand how our upbringing and identity shape our financial habits, and gain the tools to align our financial decisions with our deepest values.
