And the warmest of welcomes — on behalf of the College’s students, faculty and staff — to Family and Friends Weekend 2025. We’ve designed this weekend with one main goal in mind: to help you connect to your student’s life and experiences at Mount Holyoke.


Family & Friends 2025 will be October 24–26.

Frequently Asked Questions

Where is the Welcome Center located?
The Welcome Center is located in the heart of the Community Center, in Blanchard Hall. The Center will be staffed 8 am-4 pm on Saturday and event information will be available to guests to peruse throughout the weekend. Guests can pick up a schedule, maps of campus, and local information.

Do I have to register or visit the Welcome Center?

Visiting the Welcome Center is not required. However, visiting the Welcome Center may benefit you, as it is a place to pick up brochures about the local area, speak to. Family and Friends Weekend volunteers. We will also have a pre-registration form so you can let us know you're coming!

When do weekend events occur? Do I have to arrive on Friday?

Come whenever you wish, and stay as long as you like! Family and Friends Weekend 2025 will take place Friday, October 24 - Sunday, October 26 with the majority of the activities happening that Saturday.

Where can I park?

Due to construction on campus, this information is subject to change.

Throughout the weekend, guests may park in faculty/staff spaces without a pass between 5:00 pm and 7:00 am, Monday–Friday or on weekends (until 7:00 am Monday). Visitors may also park in the Gorse or Equestrian Center parking lots. Please note that visitor parking at the Willits-Hallowell Conference Center is reserved for those visiting the center. Please refer to the campus parking map.

How do I purchase meals when I visit?

Meals can be purchased at the Dining Commons. For pricing and payment information, please view the Dining Services information for guests.

How do I request special accomodations?
If you have general questions, or require services because of a disability or special need, please call 413-538-2478 or email family-weekend@mtholyoke.edu by Monday, September 29th to make arrangements.
